19" Pop Up Hot Air Balloon Spinners

No assembly required! These 19 in. wind spinner balloons open with easy pop-openTM assembly and spins in the wind! It is beautiful on decks and porches. Pop-Open Hot Air Balloons are so easy to assemble! Just push the upper hub toward the balloon basket and it will automatically click and lock into complete assembly. To disassemble, slightly push down on the hub, twist the hub about an eighth of a rotation.
