How do I return an item?

If you are ever dissatisfied for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right, either by replacing the item or returning your money. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damages incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, etc.) and should be submitted immediately to them for a claim.

Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from the date we shipped your order. Any returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Please include a copy of your packing slip or copy of your order confirmation.
