SHIPPING CHARGES
Please note that our shipping prices are based on the subtotal of your order. Some products, such as accessories, doormats, etc. may have additional shipping charges built into the sale price of the item to accommodate for its' weight or size. Normal shipping prices are outlined below.
NOTE: Orders containing items not in our stock can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. Please note the product's description page for stock status. Occasionally, an item may have been discontinued, sold out, or on back order without prior notice to us, however, we will contact you and let you know your options if this happens.

Free Shipping (If unavailability of merchandise drops your total below $75.00, you will be charged the appropriate shipping cost unless you make another selection. We will contact you either by phone or email that merchandise is not available and give you the opportunity to make another selection.) If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, free shipping does not apply to your order on hardware products. You will be charged actual shipping cost on all hardware products.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders from outside the continental United States, your shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. After processing the order we will email the actual shipping cost for customer approval. WE WILL NOT ship your order without your approval of the shipping cost.
